Why online?
Last year, we asked members whether they'd prefer their Annual Report to be published online.
The answer was a resounding 'yes', so this year, as part of our drive to develop more environment-friendly practices, we've published our Report online in HTML and PDF formats.

You can browse the Annual Report 09, including film clips, downloads and web links. Use the menu on the left to look at different sections.
Each main section includes a selection of highlights and one or two close-ups, where we've focused in more detail on a particular area of our activity.
You'll find YouTube clips in some of the sections – simply click the image to play.
